The Babaloo truck, aka The Duchess, is now ready for your special event:  birthday parties, office meetings, wedding receptions, wine tasting celebrations, you name it!  We make the party-planning easier by offering either ‘a la carte’–your guests order directly from the truck–or let us create a unique Cuban ‘per person’ menu.

Here are some Fiesta basics:

• We offer both a la carte menu or per person menu

• Events are based on 2-hours; additional fee for extra hour

• applicable sales tax and travel fees for locations outside normal area

• Arrival time is 30 minutes before event start time

• Truck dimensions are 22 ft long, 8 ft wide, 15 ft vertical clearance
